Cancellation and No-Show Policy: Life can sometimes throw unexpected curveballs. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request a notice of at least 24 hours. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. No-shows and cancellations within a 2-hour notice before the scheduled service will result in a 100% fee.

Late Arrival Policy: We value your time and our commitment to exceptional service in high regard. If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment duration may be adjusted to prevent inconvenience to other clients. Clients arriving 15 minutes or later than the scheduled time may result in the cancellation of the service and a no-show fee of 100% of the service cost, unless other arrangements were agreed upon by both parties.

Rescheduling Policy: Should you wish to reschedule your appointment; we appreciate your advanced notice of at least 24 hours. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the service cost. Recognizing that circumstances can evolve, we extend the opportunity for 25% of the rescheduling fee to be applied as credit toward your next service, provided you attend the rescheduled appointment.

Payment and Pricing: We accept major credit cards and cash for payment. Prices for services are listed on our menu. Gratuity is appreciated and can be added to card payments or provided in cash.

Privacy and Confidentiality: Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information you provide, as well as the details of your treatments, will be kept confidential.

Medical History and Allergies: For your safety and the effectiveness of treatments, please provide accurate medical history and allergy information. Inform us of any changes before each appointment.

Preparation and Aftercare: Certain treatments require specific preparation or aftercare. Please follow the instructions provided to ensure optimal results and minimize any potential side effects.

Minors and Consent: Clients under the age of 18 must have parental consent to receive treatments. Some treatments may have age restrictions.

Professional Conduct: We maintain a respectful and professional environment. We ask that clients also treat our staff and fellow clients with courtesy and respect.

Gift Cards and Packages: Gift cards and packages are available for purchase. Please review the terms and conditions associated with each before making a purchase.
