Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. No-shows and cancellations within a 2-hour notice before the scheduled service will result in a 100% fee.

Late Arrival Policy: We value your time and our commitment to exceptional service in high regard. If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment duration may be adjusted to prevent inconvenience to other clients. Clients arriving 15 minutes or later than the scheduled time may result in the cancellation of the service and a no-show fee of 100% of the service cost, unless other arrangements were agreed upon by both parties.
